Founded in 2011, Foresite Capital is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Aaron is an Associate Professor of Immunobiology at the Yale School of Medicine. His lab at Yale developed the REAP platform and he founded Seranova Bio to fully realize the potential of technology. He is an experienced biotechnology entrepreneur having (co)founded several companies including Simcha Therapeutics, ALX Oncology, Ab Initio Biotherapeutics, and Stipple Bio. He was named to Endpoints 20 under 40 in Biopharma in 2022 and one of the Top 20 Translational Scientists of 2020 by Nature Biotechnology.
